Thanks so much!

Floating Soap

We love the idea of this.

It's a new soap recipe and in days we'll have our licence for every single cosmetic luxury and ingredients and essential oil etc etc and will cover this one too.

The soap has sat in its mould for a few days so I took the opportunity to take a photo.

Being sliced...

And a Nectarine Blossom & Honey slice ready to be uploaded on the website
with all the relevant details.

Of course, we need to test it to see if it does float!

The average dimensions for a Soap Loaf are approx 28cm x 9cm x 6.5cm which will be on our web too.

Because of the high cost of postage we'll add 3 bars per sale on the website so a customer can fully benefit from the Royal Mail costs.

My Hermes has been recommended to us as a Nationwide Courier so we'll open an account.
For Peterborough, West Norfolk, Ely, Downham Market etc we'll use Scotts as they charge £5 up to 25kg and no fuel charges!

We are trying our hardest to find companies that offer reasonable postage rates.
Do you find it hard with your business crafts?

Fragrance Free Soap

This will be another kind we'll sell when we have the licence for everything.
Made of Olive Oil only.

Good for sensitive skin.
We've been asked lots of time for this type.

We'll that's it for another week.
Don't forget to visit Wendy's Handmade Monday!
And don't forget, if you can spare 5 mins, give our Christmas survey a go...
Thank you!

Royal Mail have become a nightmare with their prices. I don't sell large or heavy goods so I can't warrant a courier however I sonetimes wish I could.

Your soaps look so good. I like the sound of the pure olive oil one. Must be a boon for those with sensitive skins.

Pure olive oil sounds good. Royal Mail's new prices take some getting used to - most of my items are small, but I've put the price of postage onto some items rather than increase P&P charges. It can be a dilemma depending on wha you sell.

your soaps look really inviting, good news that your licence is coming through soon :)

postage is super expensive isn't it... no easy way around that one though! x

I have fairly sensitive skin- it used to be extremely sensitive, but thankfully it has calmed a little these days! I can attest to the fact that it's a relief when a soap company also caters to those of us who need something a little more mild and gentle.

Why do your soaps look good enough to eat? Great idea to make a soap for sensitive skin. Postage seems to be a bit of a dilemma, one of many unfortunately!

I will be buying some more bath bombs from you this Christmas! The floating soap looks great, love those colours, I may have to get some of that too. Royal mail are expensive, i've never used a courier to send but i'm looking at MyHermes and Yodel.
Done the survey! x
